Mariana is the youngest descendant, and the only daughter of the queen of the eastern water kingdom. Being a mermaid, she possesses the power to control water. She can swim at an extraordinary speed, and communicate with the creatures that live under the sea. Despite her young age, she is brave, fierce and determined to fulfill her role as one of the descendants. Mariana is protective of her friends, and won’t hesitate to defend them from any danger. Her kindness and loyalty to those around her are some of her most endearing qualities.

Elmira

Elmira is the last remaining Encanto of her kingdom, and as such, she possesses a power that is feared by many: the power of deception. She has the ability to create illusions so convincing that it’s difficult to differentiate them from reality. Elmira was born into slavery, but despite her circumstances, she has remained strong and determined. She is fiercely independent, but she also has a kind heart and is always willing to help those in need. Her journey to find the other descendants and defeat Queen Grimina is not only for her own freedom, but for the freedom of all those who have been enslaved by the evil queen.

Main Villain

Grimina Frawd is the evil queen of Hantik, known for her cruelty and thirst for power. She is the primary antagonist of the story, and her goal is to rule over everything in Hantik and beyond. She is a master of dark magic and has the ability to transform people into her aswang soldiers, who serve as her loyal army. Grimina is also a shape-shifter and can take on various forms to deceive her enemies. She is cunning and ruthless, with no regard for the lives of others. Her ultimate aim is to eliminate any threat to her reign, including the seven descendants who pose a significant danger to her plans.

Minor Characters

Gabeth is a enigmatic figure whose wisdom and immortality have been instrumental in aiding Cecilia’s journey. As a panlibunan, she possesses the remarkable ability to control her long, silver hair, which has the power to lethally harm any man. Despite her lethal powers, Gabeth’s mysterious nature and knowledge make her a valuable ally to Cecilia in her quest to find the seven descendants and defeat the villainous Grimina.
